Terms of service

Atlo is a performance tracking dashboard that allows users to track their nutrition, training and recovery. The service includes calorie maintenance calculations, trend visualizations and an AI coach generating personalized recommendations.

Atlo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The AI coach's recommendations are based on statistical algorithms and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

To use Atlo, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You agree to:

- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws. - Not attempt to bypass security measures. - Not use the service to store or transmit illegal content. - Not overload the infrastructure with excessive automated requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Atlo application, its source code, interface, logo and documentation are the exclusive property of Atlo SAS. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the application in accordance with these terms.

Atlo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Atlo SAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.

Calorie maintenance calculations and AI coach recommendations are provided for informational purposes. The user remains solely responsible for their nutrition and training decisions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms or after an extended period of inactivity, with 30 days' notice.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
