Terms of service

Atlo is a personal sports and nutrition coach: training and nutrition tracking, recovery scores calculated from your health data, and a coach powered by artificial intelligence.

Atlo provides wellness and performance recommendations. The information provided (including by the AI coach) does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before significantly modifying your diet or training, particularly if you have a medical condition. In case of emergency, contact emergency services.

Coach responses, generated programs and photo analyses are produced by AI. AI can produce errors or approximations. Verify important information and use your own judgment.

The AI features (coach, generated programs, photo analysis) are part of the Atlo Premium offering, a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation.

The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion is forfeited upon purchasing the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple, in accordance with their terms.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, intentionally overload the infrastructure, or use the AI coach to produce illegal or harmful content.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account; deletion is permanent.

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Health data (HealthKit / Health Connect) is never sold or used for advertising or targeting purposes.

The application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Atlo shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application, including training or nutrition decisions made based on the recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The application, its brand and its content remain the property of their publisher. The content you create (meals, workouts, messages) remains yours; you only grant us the right to process it to operate the service.

These terms may evolve; the date at the top of the page is authoritative. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
